While the GOP presidential primary is far from settled, Texas Governor Rick Perry has definitively settled the age-old dispute over whether men should wear their shorts over or under their tights.
He is also now on the record as “pro-marathon.”

1I was not aware there was an “age old dispute” but I have always sported the shorts on ouside look, dating back to gym shorts over my PE sweat pants. I have at times run “commando”, tights w/o shorts, in or out. I think that it is less a fashion conscious decision but one largely hinging on whether or not my tights/sweat pants have a hole in a place that I would not care to, nor would anyone else want me to, display.
