Shamrock’n Half Results Posted
I have to confess. I was too tired after yesterday’s Way Too Cool 50K to get up early, as I’d planned, and go to the Shamrock’n Half Marathon.
Apparently, however, thousands of you did. Results are posted here.
It was nice that the rain held off until late this afternoon!
Overall, the course was really good this year. I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the start was really slow, at least for the second wave, due to the vast number of runners. I can look at that two ways. If I’d been able to start faster, I would have been able to achieve my goal of finishing under 2:18. On the other hand, maybe it was the slow start that put me in a good place and helped me get a PR!
